Instead of following fad diets and eating a lot of fat/protein, I have chosen to eat healthy and control my portions to what is optimum for my weight and with a little less that I might lose all this excess weight.
The results are slow but in the right direction overall. Three days ago, I hoped to begin working out. I did some warm up exercises. I was so exhausted I could not get to the actual exercises. The warmup themselves left me with sore muscles. I am unable to walk, sit or stand comfortably since.
I am unsure if I should attempt to exercise again in a few days or should I wait till I drop a few stones.
